Beck Henshall
Meet Beck Henshall, an accomplished consulting psychologist, facilitator, and coach with over 20 years of experience in leadership and consultancy. Beck specialises in positive psychology, wellbeing, and resilience, and uses her expertise to help executives and leaders achieve their goals and make a positive impact in their industries.
As a highly regarded executive leadership coach, Beck draws upon her extensive knowledge of leadership and management to provide valuable insights and draw out her clients’ best thinking. She has a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by senior leaders, including navigating complex stakeholder relationships, sustaining high performance, and leading transformation. Through her tailored coaching approach, Beck empowers her clients to overcome obstacles and cultivate the skills and mindset necessary to unlock their full potential.
Beck’s qualifications include business administration, educational psychology, and organisation dynamics. She is a certified Level IV Workplace Assessor and Trainer and is accredited in various profiling tools, including MBTI, HBDI, DiSC, TMS, LSI/GSI, Hogan Leadership Series, and the Global Leadership Wellbeing Survey (GLWS). Beck is also a member of the Australian Psychological Society and Institute of Positive Psychology.
Beck consults to a range of public and private organisations across numerous sectors and globally, and is an approved supplier and panellist for the design and delivery of leadership development, coaching and psychological services with state and local government agencies.

Kevin Smith
Kevin Smith is an experienced senior manager, coach, facilitator, and organisation development consultant with a B.A., M.Ed. Admin, and AFAIM Accredited Master Facilitator credentials. With his international affiliations with Truepoint Consulting USA, Core Leadership Institute (Boston), and Truepoint Consulting Europe, Kevin has worked with numerous industries, including petrochemicals, manufacturing, utilities, retail, and emergency services frontline leaders. He coaches individuals at every level of the organisation, from first-level supervisor to global CEOs.
Kevin’s coaching philosophy centers on the growth mindset, enabling people to achieve peak performance and thrive with clarity about their life’s purpose. He offers individual coaching, as well as coaching for leadership teams, project and high performance teams, either via face to face or online sessions. Kevin also helps people see work as a series of experiments, applying a cycle of act, reflect, learn, and improve.
Kevin has designed, led, and evaluated leadership development programs globally, including Astra Zeneca (globally), Guam Memorial Hospital, Mt. Elizabeth Hospital Singapore, Hong Kong Hospital Authority, Epworth, Cabrini, The Avenue, Pindara, and many other healthcare organisations. He has been engaged by major consulting organisations in Europe and the USA, including the Harvard Business School, to design and deliver leadership development programs in Europe, Asia, Africa, USA, and Australia.

Carolyn Balnaves
Carolyn is an Organisational Psychologist with over 30 years of experience in the field, including 15 years in worker’s compensation. She holds a Masters of (Applied) Psychology with First Class Honours from the University of New South Wales and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology (Honours). She is accredited in using SHL and Saville Consulting assessment and job profiling tools and is an Accredited WorkCover and Comcare Psychologist, as well as an Accredited NDIS Psychologist. Carolyn is a Registered Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia and a member of the Australia Psychological Society and the College of Organisational Psychologists.
Throughout her career, Carolyn has worked with a diverse range of industries and organisations, including manufacturing, aviation, transport, emergency services, professional services, and pharmaceutical/medical industries. She has experience working with people in various roles, from senior executives to entry-level positions, covering all aspects of the employee life-cycle. She has expertise in areas such as communication, conflict resolution, team building, leadership, performance management, and wellbeing coaching.
Carolyn has also worked with individuals suffering from a range of compensable and non-compensable psychological injuries and illnesses. She has undertaken psychological assessments, mental health interventions, coaching, counselling, and career/vocational assessments for these cases. Additionally, she has assisted businesses in managing critical incidents and trauma, employee mental health, workplace investigations, mediation and conflict resolution, and psychometric profiling for selection and development purposes. Carolyn is dedicated to supporting individuals and organisations in enhancing functioning and wellbeing across various areas.
